Go With the Flow

A little coastal calm. A little colorful personality. 🌊

Cream, light blue, deep blue, teal, and green come together in a necklace that feels like a seaside escape. Arranged in playful stretches of color, the glass rondelles bring a soft gleam and just enough statement to brighten your everyday favorites.

Each bead is hand-knotted on light blue Griffin silk, creating a supple strand that moves with you. The visible knots add delicate texture while keeping the beads gently separated. Pair it with a breezy blouse, your favorite denim, or a simple tee that could use a little ocean energy.

The details

  • Beads: 5 Ă— 8 mm glass rondelles in cream, light blue, dark blue, teal, and green.

  • Cord: Pre-stretched light blue Griffin silk, hand-knotted between the beads.

  • Length: 17" with a 2" extender, adjustable up to 19".

  • Hardware: Stainless steel clasp, extender chain, and metal components for strength and resistance to tarnish and corrosion.

Why stainless steel?

Strong, practical, and easy to care for, stainless steel offers lasting shine with little routine polishing. Its resistance to tarnish and corrosion makes it a lovely finishing touch for a piece you’ll reach for again and again.

Thoughtfully crafted, with a coastal twist.

Keep Your Coastal Colors Beautiful with Care:

Treat this necklace gently to protect its glass beads, natural silk, and stainless steel details.

  • Keep it out of the water. Remove before showering, swimming, or exercising. Even pre-stretched silk can stretch or weaken when exposed to moisture and wear, so avoid soaking the necklace.

  • Last on, first off. Let perfume, lotion, sunscreen, and hairspray dry before putting it on. Remove before sleeping or activities that could catch or pull the strand.

  • Wipe gently after wearing. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth on the beads and hardware. For spot cleaning, use a barely damp cloth on the glass or metal, keeping the silk as dry as possible.

  • Skip harsh cleaning methods. Avoid jewelry dips, abrasive polishes, household cleaners, ultrasonic cleaners, and steam. The complete necklace needs gentler care than its stainless steel hardware alone.

  • Protect the glass. Avoid drops, hard knocks, and sudden temperature changes. Glass beads can chip or break, so store them separately from other jewelry.

  • Let damp silk dry flat. If the necklace gets wet, blot gently and lay it flat on a clean towel until completely dry. Don’t tug, hang it to dry, or apply heat.

  • Give it a soft place to rest. Store flat in a pouch or lined jewelry box, away from prolonged sunlight and heat. Check occasionally for fraying, stretched areas, or loose knots; have worn silk assessed for restringing before wearing again.

Made for going with the flow—just not into the pool. 💙
